Biography:

Wayne L. Anliker, O.D, M.D earned his undergraduate degree at Kansas State University.He then earned his Doctor of Optometry degree from the University of Houston College of Optometry.He practiced optometry for three years before returning to the University of Kansas School of Medicine to earn his Medical Degree. He then completed an internship at St. Vincent Hospital in Indianapolis, IN, followed by residency training in ophthalmology at Indiana University.His practice includes general ophthalmology and specializes in the diagnosis and medical and surgical management of eye diseases including cataracts, glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, and macular degeneration.He is board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology. He is married and has two adult children. He has gone on several mission trips to Mexico and Chile to provide eye care to poverty stricken areas
